Individual therapy for adults and children ages 13 and up, addressing relationships, family turmoil, grief and loss, end of life, major life changes, work/life stress, addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.



Setting goals for therapy is an important first step. Setting goals early helps create measurable outcomes for determining your success in therapy. During your first visit and each visit after, we will discuss your goals and your progress.
